Requirements

• 6-10 years in backend software engineering
• Strong proficiency in C#, Java, Node.js or similar OOP languages
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and database management
• Experience with message queues or streaming platforms (e.g., RabbitMQ, SQS, Kafka)
• Experience with microservices architecture

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, development, and deployment of backend systems
• Implement scalable and maintainable backend solutions for complex scenarios
• Collaborate with Product, Design, DevOps, and other teams
• Improve engineering practices and code quality through reviews and mentorship
• Monitor production systems and resolve critical issues
