💼 About This Role

You'll assist with harvesting, trimming, and drying cannabis plants in our Post Harvest department, ensuring quality and compliance standards. You'll gain hands-on experience across the full production cycle in a high-growth, purpose-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform daily plant care including cutting, watering, and pruning
• Monitor and maintain ideal growing conditions (humidity, temperature)
• Inspect plants for health and remove any that don't meet standards
• Assist with harvest: cutting, trimming, weighing, and recording inventory

📋 Requirements

• Green thumb with experience harvesting plants in professional or home setting
• Attention to detail for quality and consistency
• Reliability with strong documentation and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
