You'll guide and empower a team of 15-18 coordinators to scale a high-growth product within the Realtor.com® ecosystem. You'll drive operational excellence and shape end-to-end consumer experiences for a leading real estate technology platform. This role offers exposure to AI-enabled tools and process optimization.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage and develop a team of 15–18 Real Choice Selling Coordinators
  • Update and maintain daily dial plans for each coordinator
  • Provide reports on coordinator performance and attendance
  • Coach reps on quality, tone, and script adherence

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer success role
  • 2+ years of people management experience in a call center
  • Proven success managing in a remote or virtual environment
  • Experience tracking teams to defined KPIs

✨ Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and G Suite
  • Experience with CRM interaction monitoring
