You'll act as a trusted partner for Nurse Practitioner practices, leading onboarding and ongoing growth to maximize platform value. You'll drive data-informed strategies that improve financial and operational performance. This role combines relationship-building with quantitative analysis in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Analyze practice data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Structure financial and operational analyses for smarter decision-making.
  • Onboard new practices and act as their long-term strategic partner.
  • Deliver tailored strategies to improve practice performance and growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs.

📋 Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in client-facing consulting or operations role.
  • Proven ability to build trust and manage relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel/Sheets proficiency.
  • Experience in early-stage or small companies.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in primary care or value-based care.
  • Familiarity with EHRs and billing systems.
  • SQL experience.
