You'll act as a trusted partner for Nurse Practitioner practices, leading onboarding and ongoing growth to maximize platform value. You'll drive data-informed strategies that improve financial and operational performance. This role combines relationship-building with quantitative analysis in a fast-paced startup environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Analyze practice data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Structure financial and operational analyses for smarter decision-making.
- Onboard new practices and act as their long-term strategic partner.
- Deliver tailored strategies to improve practice performance and growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs.
📋 Requirements
- 3–5+ years in client-facing consulting or operations role.
- Proven ability to build trust and manage relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with Excel/Sheets proficiency.
- Experience in early-stage or small companies.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in primary care or value-based care.
- Familiarity with EHRs and billing systems.
- SQL experience.
