💼 About This Role

You'll own day-to-day product operations for Pearl Health's Data Platform team, building infrastructure that processes healthcare claims and clinical signals at scale. Your work will directly enable faster and more confident delivery across Analytics, Operations, and Engineering. This role offers direct mentorship from an experienced product leader and hands-on impact on real infrastructure problems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own portions of the Team 3 backlog
• Write product specs and requirements documents
• Run sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
• Track delivery against the roadmap and flag risks

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of product management or technical program management experience
• Comfort with data systems, APIs, or infrastructure
• Strong written communication across technical and non-technical audiences
• Organized under pressure managing multiple workstreams

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at an early-stage or growth-stage startup
• Exposure to healthcare, value-based care, or CMS data
