Your core impact will be shipping rapidly using modern AI tooling like Claude Code and OpenAI Codex. You'll own the end-to-end product lifecycle, partnering directly with customers to understand their workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build AI-powered product features for advisors and operations teams.
• Rapidly prototype and deliver using modern AI tooling.
• Own end-to-end product development lifecycle.
• Partner with Product, Design, Data, and business stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• Full-stack proficiency (Rails, React, Next, Postgres, GraphQL).
• System design expertise for AI software development trends.
• Proven collaboration in cross-functional startup environments.
• Experience building scaling web applications with business impact.

✨ Nice to Have

• Fintech domain knowledge including wealth management or regulatory compliance.
• Modern development ecosystem experience (macOS toolchains, CI/CD, IaaS, Datadog).
