💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the lead coach at a [solidcore] studio, coaching 10 classes per week and setting the standard for other coaches. Your core impact includes driving client retention and supporting the studio's daily operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach 10 classes per week as the studio's lead coach
• Provide feedback and development to coaching team
• Assist with daily operations and client requests
• Lead outreach and marketing efforts for the studio

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of prior group fitness experience
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office (Excel, Google Sheets)
• Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 30 pounds
