You'll be at the heart of BURGA's fast-paced environment, designing website experiences that drive growth across global markets. You'll translate user behavior insights into high-converting web interfaces and collaborate with product and support teams to solve UX problems and optimize the shopping journey.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design UI visual assets for website components & A/B tests.
• Conduct user research, surveys, polls, and questionnaires.
• Collaborate with customer support to improve shopping experience.
• Create web UI library, assets, and design guidelines.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient in HTML and CSS.
• Proficient in GA4, Clarity, and Hotjar for tracking.
• Strong understanding of design principles and user-centered design.

• Experience with conversion rate optimization strategies.
