Description

You will partner with Global Payroll sellers to define sales strategy, act as a subject matter expert, communicate value propositions through demos and proposals, and provide feedback to product teams. This role focuses on helping Remote penetrate the global payroll market while ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.

Requirements

  • Pre-sales solution consulting or consulting experience with consultative techniques
  • Experience with global payroll processes and systems
  • Understanding of distributed workforce solutions and international HRIS
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • 5 years related experience with Bachelor's or 3 years with Master's

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Global Payroll sellers to define and execute sales strategy
  • Act as subject matter expert on Global Payroll and industry developments
  • Communicate value proposition through tailored demos, proposals, and presentations
  • Develop and iterate on sales playbooks and materials
  • Translate customer needs into scope of work for successful implementation
