Description
You will partner with Global Payroll sellers to define sales strategy, act as a subject matter expert, communicate value propositions through demos and proposals, and provide feedback to product teams. This role focuses on helping Remote penetrate the global payroll market while ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
Requirements
- Pre-sales solution consulting or consulting experience with consultative techniques
- Experience with global payroll processes and systems
- Understanding of distributed workforce solutions and international HRIS
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- 5 years related experience with Bachelor's or 3 years with Master's
Responsibilities
- Partner with Global Payroll sellers to define and execute sales strategy
- Act as subject matter expert on Global Payroll and industry developments
- Communicate value proposition through tailored demos, proposals, and presentations
- Develop and iterate on sales playbooks and materials
- Translate customer needs into scope of work for successful implementation
