🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of three backend engineers through greenfield and legacy projects
• Set architectural direction and own the full software lifecycle
• Partner with Product Manager on roadmap planning and prioritization
• Foster a DevOps culture with IaC, observability, and continuous delivery

📋 Requirements

• C#/.NET backend development experience
• Azure cloud services experience
• Experience with event-driven architecture and microservices (Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers in a collaborative team

• Experience in FinTech or lending systems
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code
