🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with executives to establish hiring strategies
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing and interviews
• Conduct offer negotiation and ensure candidate experience
• Analyze recruitment data to track key metrics and trends

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or related field
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven experience with innovative sourcing strategies
• Strong problem-solving ability using data for pipeline analysis
