Requirements
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Strong work ethic and relationship-building skills
- Customer-facing or marketing experience preferred
- Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
- Availability to work Monday-Friday
Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls, chats, and respond to contact forms to qualify prospects
- Find and share relevant insights and data to showcase Similarweb's value
- Fill sales pipeline by creating meetings between prospects and sales managers
- Partner with marketing to brainstorm and execute campaigns
