You'll lead the architecture and evolution of our mobile platform at Connecteam, the leading deskless team management platform. You'll drive scalability, performance, and developer experience across React Native and native iOS/Android. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own mobile infrastructure architecture, tooling, and reliability
• Lead and mentor a team of mobile engineers
• Design and build scalable mobile infrastructure
• Own CI/CD pipelines and automate build, test, and deployment

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of mobile development experience in Swift and/or Kotlin
• 2+ years of team leadership experience
• Hands-on experience with React Native
• Strong background in mobile architecture and infrastructure

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Fastlane or Jenkins
• Familiarity with backend APIs (e.g., Python REST)
• Experience with Agile and DevOps practices
