💼 About This Role

You'll support the day-to-day renewal operations for a product line, creating and adjusting renewal quotes and invoices in CPQ and Oracle. Your work ensures timely renewals for customers and internal teams, directly contributing to customer retention and business growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and distribute renewal quotes and invoices at scale
• Modify renewal quotes based on customer and team feedback
• Troubleshoot renewal and invoice issues for Success and Finance teams
• Support reporting to track renewal status and progress

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years in customer success or operations in a SaaS company
• Experience with renewals and subscriptions is highly preferred
• Experience with CPQ and Salesforce is preferred
• Experience with Excel and data analysis tools is preferred

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with Oracle or similar invoicing systems
