💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a strategic leader aligning technology initiatives for the Kentucky Rural Health Transformation Program, coordinating integration with the Kentucky Health Information Exchange (KHIE). You'll bridge policy, clinical, and technical domains to enable effective transformation across rural health systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide executive-level guidance on technology strategy for rural health initiatives
• Act as primary liaison between RHT programs and KHIE
• Promote adoption of interoperability standards like FHIR and HL7
• Lead vendor selection and system architecture oversight

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 8–12+ years of experience in healthcare IT or health information exchange
• Experience with interoperability frameworks such as FHIR or HL7
• Experience working with Health Information Exchanges, preferably KHIE

✨ Nice to Have

• Master’s degree preferred
• Strong understanding of rural healthcare environments
