💼 About This Role

You'll assist patients seeking sexual and reproductive health care by interviewing, screening, and preparing them for appointments at a Planned Parenthood health center. You'll facilitate clinic flow, perform lab procedures, and handle front desk duties to ensure efficient operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet and register patients, answer phones, and schedule appointments.
• Interview patients and document medical history in EHR.
• Prepare and clean exam rooms and equipment.
• Perform lab tests such as pregnancy and HIV testing.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Commitment to customer service and PPWI mission.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• CPR certifiable.

✨ Nice to Have

• Certification from an accredited medical assistant program.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR).
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
