🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle escalated and complex dispute cases.
• Investigate and resolve disputed transactions.
• Review queued transactions for fraud indicators.
• Collaborate on projects to improve dispute processes.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in fraud prevention and disputes management.
• In-depth knowledge of fraud and disputes systems and processes.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and Excel (intermediate to advanced).
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
