💼 About This Role

You'll lead visual execution for digital brand systems, websites, decks, and campaigns at Radiance, a design agency powered by a proprietary Creative OS. Your work will directly shape client outcomes and the company's visual voice, with the opportunity to help evolve The Source® design system and contribute to AI-augmented creative workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design execution across brand, web, decks, social, and paid media
• Build and maintain scalable brand systems and component libraries in Figma
• Translate creative direction into polished, production-ready assets
• Ensure consistency and organization of assets within The Source®

📋 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional design experience
• Advanced Figma fluency with components, responsive systems, and prototyping
• Strong foundation in typography, layout, color, and digital-first design
• Ability to translate brand strategy into clean visual systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Webflow, Framer, or motion design
• Familiarity with Canva, Notion, or system-based design ops
• Interest in how AI and automation can enhance design craft
