You'll join HOLYWATER TECH to drive paid user acquisition via Google App and Web campaigns, optimizing for target ROI. You'll analyze data, find growth opportunities, and scale successful approaches. This role offers autonomy to shape UA strategy for top entertainment products used by 85M+ users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage paid traffic efficiency in Google App and Web campaigns
• Analyze data to find growth points and scale successful approaches
• Work with creatives to form hypotheses and improve performance
• Identify new growth opportunities through market and competitor analysis

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year experience with Google Ads focused on business metrics
• Experience building and testing hypotheses, finding growth points
• Deep work with metrics like CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV
• Proactive ownership of campaign performance from analysis to scaling

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at Genesis, SKELAR or other Ukrainian BigTech companies
• Experience at Big4 or leading consulting firms
• Leadership potential and team development capability
