💼 About This Role

You'll lead complex, multi-phase construction projects for large-scale AI data centers, overseeing structural build-out through full interior fit-out. You'll manage multiple contractors and tight timelines to deliver hyperscale facilities on schedule. This role involves driving safe and high-quality delivery of mission-critical infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead construction across civil, structural, MEP, and interior/TI phases.
• Manage multiple scopes or buildings within a campus.
• Direct subcontractors and resolve field issues.
• Own schedules, budgets, and procurement.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
• 7+ years of experience managing large industrial or data center projects.
• Deep understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in Procore, Primavera/MS Project, and Bluebeam.

✨ Nice to Have

• Hyperscale data center experience.
• Led $100M+ project scopes.
• PMP, CCM, or PE certification.
