💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of Solutions Engineers to serve as trusted technical advisors, partnering with sales and customer success to connect Notion's platform to customer business needs. You'll shape the foundations of a growing SE org and capture feedback to inform product roadmap.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build technical proof of concepts and demos for customers.
• Respond to technical questions, RFPs, and security questionnaires.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for integrations and security.
• Document technical considerations for internal knowledge bases.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years managing a team of Solutions Engineers or Sales Engineers.
• Experience building partnerships with sales leaders to achieve goals.
• Collaboration with multiple roles (AE, CS, CX, PS) in a SaaS GTM organization.
• Helped customers leverage SaaS APIs and integrations.
