You'll lead daily production activities for composite airframe structures and unmanned aircraft systems at a fast-growing defense tech company. Your core impact will be driving schedule attainment while ensuring safety, quality, and process discipline. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead daily production across composite fabrication, airframe assembly, and final vehicle build.
• Supervise, coach, and develop technicians for technical execution and growth.
• Drive daily attainment to production schedules balancing labor, tooling, and material readiness.
• Ensure work complies with engineering drawings, specifications, and configuration control.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Test teams to resolve production constraints.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability manufacturing environments.
• 2+ years in a leadership role such as Production Supervisor.
• Experience with composite fabrication, structural assembly, or mechanical integration in aerospace.
• Knowledge of GD&T, ASME Y14.5, and AS9100/ISO9001 quality standards.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with new product introduction or production ramp in unmanned or flight vehicle programs.
• Knowledge of configuration management, nonconformance reporting, and RCCA.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement practices.
