Lead the strategy for User Growth at Roblox, focusing on acquiring and retaining the next billion users—including a growing adult audience. You will architect a self-sustaining growth flywheel, optimize the user lifecycle from consideration to retention, and build scalable growth infrastructure, all while balancing marketplace health and collaborating with ML and data science teams.

Requirements

• Systems Thinker with deep understanding of demand vs. supply marketplace mechanics
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning different organizations
• Ability to break down growth challenges via first-principles thinking
• Comfortable bridging technical and non-technical domains
• Experience with growth technologies like SDUI, deep linking, and automated notifications

Responsibilities

• Define the 2026+ roadmap for user growth, shifting from merchandising to lifecycle engine mindset
• Drive aged-up activation by evolving the first-time user experience for adults
• Architect AI-driven growth solutions with ML/Data Science teams
• Own platform entry points and optimize the user funnel for Northstar metrics
• Unify technical stacks (AuthSec, Social, Notifications) for a seamless consideration-to-retention loop
