You'll drive broker relationships and sell Arlo's AI-powered level-funded health plans. Your broker outreach and sales execution will directly expand our presence in the small-to-mid-sized employer market. Joining a fast-growing startup backed by top VCs rebuilding a $1T industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain broker relationships in your territory.
  • Educate brokers on Arlo's level-funded health plan solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through broker engagement.
  • Manage territory, schedule meetings, and attend broker events.

📋 Requirements

  • Proven experience in health insurance sales with brokers.
  • Strong understanding of level-funded plans or related products.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within assigned territory.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.

  • Existing broker relationships in small-to-mid-sized employer market.
  • Familiarity with third-party administrators (TPAs).

📨 Hiring Process
