You'll provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism using evidence-based practices in a transdisciplinary setting. You'll collaborate with BCBAs and other therapists to create meaningful progress for families.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Complete Cortica's orientation and BCAT training
• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services
• Implement positive behavior strategies with BCBA
• Document session data to track treatment goals

📋 Requirements

• Experience working with children
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
