Your designs will empower legal professionals at top banks, law firms, and funds to analyze complex credit documents with trust and precision. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Shape design strategy and vision for the Covenants squad
• Synthesize insights from SMEs and customer interviews into clear problem frames
• Design AI-powered interfaces for legal document extraction and analysis
• Own end-to-end design from concept to production-ready UI

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience in complex, data-heavy domains
• Experience designing for sophisticated professional users (e.g., fintech, legal tech)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflow design and AI-native product thinking
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)
