You'll architect and scale Zello's global indirect revenue engine, designing bundled and co-sell ecosystems across OEMs, VARs, and carriers. You'll own partner-sourced revenue targets and build predictable partner pipeline generation. This role includes equity with significant upside and shapes the company's long-term growth model.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design and execute global partner ecosystem strategy
- Own partner-sourced revenue targets and pipeline generation
- Drive preload, packaging, and bundled SKU initiatives
- Lead and scale a high-impact partner team
๐ Requirements
- 7-10+ years in enterprise mobility or frontline technology ecosystem roles
- Demonstrated success building or scaling a channel motion
- Deep experience with frontline mobility deployments
- Experience structuring attach-rate or bundled programs
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience working with mobility OEMs (e.g., Zebra, Samsung, Apple)
- Familiarity with MDM ecosystems
- Early leadership experience managing teams
