You'll architect and scale Zello's global indirect revenue engine, designing bundled and co-sell ecosystems across OEMs, VARs, and carriers. You'll own partner-sourced revenue targets and build predictable partner pipeline generation. This role includes equity with significant upside and shapes the company's long-term growth model.

  • Design and execute global partner ecosystem strategy
  • Own partner-sourced revenue targets and pipeline generation
  • Drive preload, packaging, and bundled SKU initiatives
  • Lead and scale a high-impact partner team

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7-10+ years in enterprise mobility or frontline technology ecosystem roles
  • Demonstrated success building or scaling a channel motion
  • Deep experience with frontline mobility deployments
  • Experience structuring attach-rate or bundled programs

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience working with mobility OEMs (e.g., Zebra, Samsung, Apple)
  • Familiarity with MDM ecosystems
  • Early leadership experience managing teams
