🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide agents in marketing strategy and execution
• Project manage custom marketing projects with design and vendors
• Analyze marketing performance and optimize plans
• Liaise between agents and specialty marketing/design teams

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of marketing experience at a brand, agency, or real estate brokerage
• Deep understanding of marketing strategy across multiple channels
• Skilled project management with deadline and budget track record
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Apple Office (Keynote), and Google Suite

• Real estate marketing or luxury brand experience
• Adobe Suite proficiency (InDesign, Photoshop)
