💼 About This Role

You'll support warehouse and distribution flow management for a leading international B2B ingredient provider. You'll monitor logistics performance and manage operational and IT anomalies to ensure high customer service and cost control.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage logistics anomalies with customers and internal functions
• Analyze logistics claims with external providers and internal teams
• Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs (service level, costs, etc.)
• Prepare periodic reports and participate in cross-functional meetings

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or Supply Chain
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Interest in ERP systems and information flows
