Requirements

• 1-2 years digital marketing experience, agency preferred
• 1+ years Direct Response marketing in E-Commerce
• Experience with TikTok and Meta Ads platforms
• Advanced English proficiency
• Strong analytical and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Own and execute performance marketing via paid social platforms
• Manage campaigns on TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, and LinkedIn
• Lead optimizations to improve performance against goals
• Communicate strategy and performance with clients and internal teams
• Present performance reports and strategic recommendations
