You'll lead full-cycle recruitment and contribute to People Operations for a fast-growing, remote-first organization. Your core impact will be optimizing hiring systems and improving candidate experience through structured processes.

  • Own and optimize the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Partner with hiring managers on recruitment strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles.
  • Coordinate interviews and gather structured feedback.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4โ€“5 years experience in talent acquisition or recruiting operations
  • Hands-on experience managing an ATS (Lever preferred)
  • Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and build structured hiring processes
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Deel or similar platforms
  • Exposure to AI tools or automation in recruiting
  • Comfortable in a global, remote-first environment
