You'll lead full-cycle recruitment and contribute to People Operations for a fast-growing, remote-first organization. Your core impact will be optimizing hiring systems and improving candidate experience through structured processes.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own and optimize the Applicant Tracking System.
- Partner with hiring managers on recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles.
- Coordinate interviews and gather structured feedback.
๐ Requirements
- 4โ5 years experience in talent acquisition or recruiting operations
- Hands-on experience managing an ATS (Lever preferred)
- Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and build structured hiring processes
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Deel or similar platforms
- Exposure to AI tools or automation in recruiting
- Comfortable in a global, remote-first environment
