  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation
  • Source passive candidates via LinkedIn and networking events
  • Conduct phone and video screenings to evaluate candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1 year of full-cycle in-house corporate recruitment experience
  • Experience with an ATS like Greenhouse
  • Comfortable with AI-enabled recruiting and interview tools
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills

  • Experience recruiting for B2B sales professionals
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter Lite
