- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Source passive candidates via LinkedIn and networking events
- Conduct phone and video screenings to evaluate candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements
๐ Requirements
- 1 year of full-cycle in-house corporate recruitment experience
- Experience with an ATS like Greenhouse
- Comfortable with AI-enabled recruiting and interview tools
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting for B2B sales professionals
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter Lite
