You'll lead product strategy and execution across BJAK's insurance platform. You'll identify opportunities, define direction, and ensure strong execution. This role shapes strategy as we expand into new AI-integrated applications and scale our platform serving 8 million users.

• Define and drive overall product strategy and roadmap

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch

• Significant experience in product management at tech companies
• Proven ability to define product strategy and deliver from concept to scale
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making
• Experience working closely with engineering and understanding technical trade-offs
