You'll join the executive team at an inflection point, transitioning from a late-stage startup to a business unit of CBRE. You'll lead the growth of our physical footprint and improve cross-functional operations. You'll simplify complex processes and mentor leaders, all while fostering a values-driven culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead strategic growth of physical footprint across product types
• Design and implement scalable processes to reduce operational friction
• Collaborate with executive team on demand/supply/product issues
• Mentor team leaders and support their career development

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in real estate, operations, or related field
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and complex projects
• Strong financial acumen with experience in underwriting and modeling
• Experience in scaling a business unit or startup growth phase

• Experience in coworking or workplace-as-a-service industry
• Background in process design and systems thinking
• MBA or advanced degree in business or real estate
