💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end product design across consumer checkout, merchant platforms, and internal tools. You'll partner with PMs and engineers to ship features that drive conversion and trust. Your workflow starts in an LLM and moves through AI prototyping tools before landing in Figma.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own design from problem definition to launch across all product surfaces.
• Start work in an LLM to clarify problems, draft flows, and align with team.
• Prototype rapidly using AI tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
• Partner with PMs to define strategy, goals, and success metrics.

📋 Requirements

• 4–6 years designing complex products in B2B, fintech, or health tech.
• Experience shipping end-to-end product that moved a business metric.
• Daily use of LLMs to draft flows, write microcopy, and generate prototypes.
• Strong interaction design craft and systems thinking.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in payments, fintech, or healthcare checkout flows.
• Early designer at a startup building process and culture.
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing.
