💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an exceptional customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new team members and assist with daily operations and sales goals. This role combines fandom knowledge with leadership development in a fun retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and use product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
• Open and close the store, process sales transactions, and manage cash register.
• Assist with planogram changes, store merchandising, and maintain stock room organization.
• Communicate music and fashion trends to management and support loss prevention efforts.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
