You'll own the end-to-end logistics for Candid's event program, from conferences to community meetups. Your work will directly drive pipeline impact through flawless execution and lead capture. You'll coordinate cross-functionally to ensure every event touchpoint is on-brand and measurable.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for third-party conferences and trade shows.
- Plan and execute community meetups and practitioner gatherings.
- Support flagship event planning and cross-functional coordination.
- Manage lead capture, CRM import, and post-event nurture sequences.
- Source vendors, negotiate contracts, and track event budgets.
📋 Requirements
- 2-4 years of event marketing or coordination experience in B2B SaaS or Healthcare Tech.
- Proven track record of executing conferences and events end-to-end with minimal oversight.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce for lead import and campaign attribution.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

- Experience with lead retrieval tools like Cvent, Popl, or Bizzabo.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
