Description
You will serve as the strategic partner for key accounts, building relationships and ensuring the CitySwift platform delivers maximum ROI. This role involves managing onboarding, delivery, and post-deployment projects, driving value for customers and contributing to the company's growth in the public transport tech space.
Requirements
- 4+ years in customer-facing or project management role in public transport, SaaS, or consulting
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Project management experience: organised, deadline-driven, calm under pressure
- Comfortable with data: ability to interpret usage trends and ROI metrics
- Collaborative mindset and cross-functional teamwork
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers
- Manage onboarding, delivery, and post-deployment projects
- Monitor usage and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Lead QBRs and regular account reviews with data-led narratives
- Act as voice of customer internally, sharing insights with Product and Tech
