Description

You will serve as the strategic partner for key accounts, building relationships and ensuring the CitySwift platform delivers maximum ROI. This role involves managing onboarding, delivery, and post-deployment projects, driving value for customers and contributing to the company's growth in the public transport tech space.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in customer-facing or project management role in public transport, SaaS, or consulting
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Project management experience: organised, deadline-driven, calm under pressure
  • Comfortable with data: ability to interpret usage trends and ROI metrics
  • Collaborative mindset and cross-functional teamwork

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers
  • Manage onboarding, delivery, and post-deployment projects
  • Monitor usage and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
  • Lead QBRs and regular account reviews with data-led narratives
  • Act as voice of customer internally, sharing insights with Product and Tech
