๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll own the helpdesk lifecycle end-to-end for a fast-growing prediction market platform. Your core impact is providing white-glove support to executives while troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. You'll also administer MDM and endpoint security across macOS and Windows.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own the full helpdesk lifecycle including intake, triage, and resolution
  • Provide concierge-level support to executives and senior leadership
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-layer issues
  • Administer user accounts, access provisioning, and endpoint management via MDM
  • Support onboarding and offboarding workflows with device imaging

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration
  • Experience managing tickets in a formal ITSM system (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk)
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Proficiency supporting both macOS and Windows environments

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in trading, fintech, or high-availability environments
  • Familiarity with scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
  • Prior experience as a lead support resource in a lean team
