๐ผ About This Role
You'll own the helpdesk lifecycle end-to-end for a fast-growing prediction market platform. Your core impact is providing white-glove support to executives while troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. You'll also administer MDM and endpoint security across macOS and Windows.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own the full helpdesk lifecycle including intake, triage, and resolution
- Provide concierge-level support to executives and senior leadership
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-layer issues
- Administer user accounts, access provisioning, and endpoint management via MDM
- Support onboarding and offboarding workflows with device imaging
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration
- Experience managing tickets in a formal ITSM system (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk)
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Proficiency supporting both macOS and Windows environments
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in trading, fintech, or high-availability environments
- Familiarity with scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
- Prior experience as a lead support resource in a lean team
