🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead greenfield initiatives end-to-end from research to iteration
• Improve existing products for usability, accessibility, and consistency
• Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and uncover friction
• Contribute to the design system in Figma and code

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years designing platforms or complex products with information-dense interfaces
• Demonstrated systems thinking in creating, adapting, or deprecating patterns
• Experience in user research and translating feedback into product insights
• Figma proficiency and front-end code familiarity
