Description

You will treat patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups. Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles and participate in ongoing learning during weekly Clinical Rounds. This role is perfect for a clinician passionate about delivering human-centered primary care in a virtual setting.

Requirements

• Completion of Master's Degree in an accredited PA program with active NCCPA certification
• 2+ years in outpatient primary care or urgent care/emergency medicine seeing all ages
• Currently licensed in NY with ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
