You'll architect and build integration systems connecting imaging centers and health systems with modern APIs, ensuring reliable data transformation across legacy HL7 v2 feeds and REST interfaces. Your work will enable scalable diagnostics access for hundreds of patients daily.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement HL7 v2 transformation pipelines
• Build and maintain integration connectors for RIS systems
• Develop REST API integrations with third-party platforms
• Own observability layer for integration infrastructure

📋 Requirements

• Proven ability to integrate with legacy systems not designed for modern interoperability
• Experience with integration middleware or engine patterns (Rhapsody, Mirth Connect, etc.)
• Proficiency in a backend language (Python, Go, Java, C#) for high-reliability integration
• Familiarity with RESTful API integration patterns and versioning
