💼 About This Role

You'll join MIH Systems Group as a Temporary Certified Payroll Coordinator on a 3-month contract. You will ensure accurate, timely certified payroll reporting for prevailing wage projects while partnering with Service Managers, Payroll, and Operations teams. This role is critical for supporting compliance with Davis-Bacon Act and multi-state reporting across NJ, NY, PA, and DE.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and submit Certified Payroll Reports (CPRs) for compliance
• Manage certified payroll reporting across NJ, NY, PA, DE
• Review project contracts for prevailing wage applicability
• Audit payroll data for accuracy and compliance

📋 Requirements

• Experience with certified payroll reporting and prevailing wage laws
• Familiarity with Davis-Bacon and multi-state reporting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential payroll data with discretion

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in HVAC or similar industry
• Multi-state reporting experience (NJ, NY, PA, DE)
• Working knowledge of basic payroll calculations
