Description
You will be the first touch point for AMP customers, providing remote and onsite support, troubleshooting, and repairs. Your role ensures customers get maximum value from their equipment while you autonomously manage a portfolio of accounts and improve proactive service delivery.
Requirements
- 3-5 years hands-on field service experience servicing equipment
- Experience with industrial controls (valves, sensors, actuators, control systems)
- Ability to travel up to 75% and work on-call
- Proficient with common field tools (tap/die, impact drills, grinders, multi-meter)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Provide best in class remote and onsite customer support and equipment repairs
- Own portfolio of customer performance and ensure maximum value from assets
- Train customers on common repair work, maintenance, and self-diagnosis
- Close engineering feedback loop by reporting service requests and hardware failures
- Consolidate service documentation into internal and external knowledge base
