💼 About This Role
You'll negotiate high-value commercial agreements with top fintech and financial services clients, defining terms that underpin relationships with Plaid. You'll drive win-win deals and craft repeatable commercial processes for a global team. Your work directly impacts revenue growth and customer success.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Negotiate key customer contracts with Sales and Partnerships teams
- Enable new deals while staying true to Plaid's operating practices
- Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells with top customers
- Craft pricing strategies for prospects and existing customers
📋 Requirements
- 4-7 years in strategic sales, business development, or GTM strategy
- Proven track record negotiating complex deals in regulated industries
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Engineering
- Strong executive communication skills for senior external stakeholders
