🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and scale the UK creative engine across Meta, YouTube, and offline formats
• Craft strategically sharp briefs defining audience tension and commercial problem
• Lead Meta agency partner with strategic feedback and priorities
• Define hypotheses and learning agendas for creative tests, synthesizing results into campaigns

📋 Requirements

• Strategic thinker with bias for action, using qualitative and quantitative signals
• Master collaborator able to translate brand platforms into creative territories
• Sharp analytical skills to review datasets and identify commercial opportunities
• Adaptable to change in a rapidly growing business

✨ Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere or Photoshop
• Experience with offline formats like print
