💼 About This Role

You'll design and oversee ABA treatment programs for children with Autism at Kind Behavioral Health. You'll supervise behavior technicians and provide family training to ensure high-quality care. Our collaborative culture and small caseloads let you focus on gold-standard implementation of ABA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct behavior assessments and design treatment plans.
• Provide case oversight and supervise behavior technicians.
• Attend monthly team meetings to drive client outcomes.
• Deliver family training and complete clinical documentation.

📋 Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
• 1+ years experience in ABA (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Pass background and reference check.
