Requirements

• 10+ years of production experience in an agency or similar environment with digital campaign focus
• Proven leadership managing multi-disciplinary production teams and high-profile campaigns
• Progressive experience overseeing diverse large-scale projects and fostering innovation
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, including C-suite engagement
• Proficient in project management software like Adobe Workfront

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-asset campaigns across digital platforms from concept through delivery
• Build and nurture senior-level relationships with internal teams, clients, and vendors
• Execute projects on time and on budget, leading producers and cross-functional partners
• Own work and scoping for portfolio, contributing to business development
• Mentor and develop other producers to strengthen strategic thinking and operational excellence
