💼 About This Role
You'll reach out to pediatric behavioral health owners, booking demos and building relationships for Camber's healthcare platform. Your work will directly help clinician-led businesses thrive. You'll make over 500 calls per week and execute multi-channel outreach to drive top-of-funnel growth.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Make high-volume calls (500+/week) to prospects and book demos
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and aligning with Camber's solution
- Build rapport with prospects and address initial objections
- Track account and decision-maker details in CRM
📋 Requirements
- Enthusiasm for sales and driving top-of-funnel growth
- Deep customer empathy for the healthcare sector and pediatric behavioral health
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivation and ability to hustle to achieve goals

- Experience in healthcare sales
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Previous startup experience
