💼 About This Role

You'll reach out to pediatric behavioral health owners, booking demos and building relationships for Camber's healthcare platform. Your work will directly help clinician-led businesses thrive. You'll make over 500 calls per week and execute multi-channel outreach to drive top-of-funnel growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Make high-volume calls (500+/week) to prospects and book demos
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and aligning with Camber's solution
  • Build rapport with prospects and address initial objections
  • Track account and decision-maker details in CRM

📋 Requirements

  • Enthusiasm for sales and driving top-of-funnel growth
  • Deep customer empathy for the healthcare sector and pediatric behavioral health
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to hustle to achieve goals

  • Experience in healthcare sales
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Previous startup experience
