💼 About This Role

You'll shape the visual expression of the Yerba Madre brand across all channels, driving packaging and marketing design from concept to final artwork. You'll ensure every asset aligns strategically and creatively, working closely with cross-functional teams in a hybrid Oakland office. This role offers ownership of print-ready packaging files and collaboration on impactful brand campaigns for a B Corp pioneer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and manage packaging updates, mechanical files, and version control.
• Collaborate with vendors on print-ready packaging and attend press checks.
• Lead conceptual design for campaigns and brand assets across digital and print.
• Translate briefs into on-brand visual solutions, managing multiple projects.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of related design experience or equivalent.
• Production design experience with print-ready file creation.
• Packaging design experience within CPG.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Dual-language Canadian market experience.
